If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the order or if the products you have received do not meet the level of quality requested or if the products are defected, you can return the purchased product within 30 days from the date of delivery.
The right to return the product may be exercised exclusively by the customer, also remember that returned products must be sent in their original packaging, or, if damaged, in packaging of equivalent size and durability. All products must be intact and in new and unused conditions; moreover, the return instructions must be followed correctly. Suie Valentini will reimburse the return only if all these conditions are observed.
The delivery costs for returns are covered by the Suie Valentini only if the product is defected, you must send us an email with photos of the defective parts of the product and we will send you the bar code to be printed and applied on the product box, then a courier authorized by us will pick up the package. If you decide to use a different delivery service, all costs will be at your expense and we will not be able to accept liability for lost or damaged returns.
