All orders placed through Juice's online shop are subject to verification, which can take up to 48 business hours.
Once approved, the order will be prepared and shipped. You will be sent a notification e-mail with all information about the shipment.
Once the order is placed, it is not possible to change the shipping address or the delivery method. Your order will be delivered to the address provided when completing your purchase. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during normal business hours.
SHIPPING TIME AND COST
Average delivery times for an order (after receiving the shipment confirmation email) are:
3-4 working days: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, UK and Croatia.
5-8 working days: Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Spain and Hungary.
10-15 working days: Rest of the world
shipping costs depend on country of destination and are based also on the weight of the box. Final cost will be calculated automatically at checkout, but we will check if everything has been done correctly before taking payment for your order.
